A Healing Path

Ones path of healing is unique. This is the path of one souls journey. He came to me being very dependant and stressing. He had a few session to help him feel more stable and safe in himself. He also had work done on cateracts with his eyes.He was very nobel and wise and considerate of others needs and feelings.
He was in his midlife,so not as full of beans as some are and one of his major illness was collic. His owner called me when I was working as a chef to supplament my income saying that Leo needed an emergancy session.I said Ok and I would do it as soon as i finished.I felt he would be Ok until then.
After the distance healing session, I had worked through a block in his gut which was some weed with a flower that he had been eating. When my work had finished I called the owners to let them know I had done it and what went on.They were amazed as they had tearfully said there goodbyes and the vet present didnt think he would live. From my point he was moving out of his body quiet alot. When I finished he had just done a poo, which is a good sign when they have collic.  The message Leo  was told was your not ready to go yet.It was quite an emotional ordeal for the owners as they had  been caring for him for 14 years and it was a  very deep bond.
So I had a few session  to help leo back into full health and alignment.
One day I was busy chefing it was a Sunday, very busy day. Late in the afternoon I went outside on the balcony for a break. There was several messages from Leos carer, saying he had collic and needed an emergancy session.then next one said dont worry its too late. Now was his time.
I called the carer and we spoke about what she had gone through. She had said he had thrashed about all night and had alot of cuts etc as smashed up the stables. She knew it was his time and said it was amzing how things had lined up for them. Both her and her husband where home, and she had time to say goodbye and lie with him when the vet gave him the injection, which was so beautiful. She also took his stable buddy Lenny over to sniff him and see that he had gone.
The carer felt that she could never deal with his loss, as he has been a great friend and companion over the 14 years.I told her she was strong enough now to handle it that why it had happened.
While we were talking we both had tears of joy as it felt like such a gracious experince and then we would laugh as her two dogs were running around excited as they had a digger come onto the property to dig a hole for leos body, which was in a special spot under a tree. She said the dogs are running around saying yey someones digging a hole.....
Leos stable buddy lenny had a session that day as he kept calling out when he was in the stables by himself. The owner felt he was upset by the loss of Leo.On connecting with him, he said that his issue was whos going to be my friend NOW.While we are at it i want a girlfriend.he wasnt upset at all,he knew Leo was Ok and not suffering anymore and he didnt know why his carer was crying.
During working with lenny I felt leo and he said he was thankful for the care he had been given and he wanted to come back to them someday, when they get a mare.
Leo seems to be busy assisting his carers from his new space without a body in helping them grow and evolve there new equine assisted therapy busness. So its never over and no one is ever gone.Just coming from a differant perspective.
